The D.R.I.V.E. model highlights five key elements that strengthen teamwork and motivation within a team or organization.

D – Direction
Direction means having a clear goal and a shared purpose that guides the team's efforts.

R – Relationships
Relationships refer to trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.

I – Involvement
Involvement means active participation, engagement, and a sense of ownership from all team members.

V – Value and Recognition
Value means appreciating contributions and recognizing the efforts and achievements of individuals and the team.

E – Energy
Energy refers to the enthusiasm, motivation, and persistence that keep the team moving forward.
